Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room, despite being small, was clean and cozy with a charming view of the lake and pool. The service was a bit of a letdown with one staff member not being so nice but overall helpful and friendly. The location, while meeting basic expectations, was not near any attractions, making it feel somewhat isolated. The dining options were satisfactory but limited, offering Asian dishes in the morning. The facilities were sufficient but could have been more appealing.
The hotel rooms were small but charming, resembling a Paris special with a convenient balcony and a lovely pool area. The service was exceptional with a Spanish-speaking staff going out of their way. The location, though a bit off the beaten path, was private and quiet. Dining offerings were simple but satisfying, especially in the morning. The facilities were delightful, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were exactly as shown on Booking, clean, neat, and comfortable, but on the smaller side, making the Double Deluxe feel cramped. The service was hit-or-miss - some staff members were super helpful and friendly, while others were not so nice. The location had its pros, being private and quiet, but also made us a little nervous due to the area. The dining options were basic, consisting of 2 eggs and a side of beans, but the Japanese food was a nice surprise.
